I am a senior ERP and financial applications professional with over 15 years of experience supporting, developing, and stabilizing enterprise finance systems in complex organizational environments. I have worked both in in-house support roles and as a consultant, which gives me a strong understanding of day-to-day operational support as well as long-term system development.

My core expertise is in ERP and finance application support, particularly in Unit4 and other financial systems supporting purchase-to-pay, project accounting, billing, payments, travel and expense, and financial reporting. I have extensive experience in incident and problem resolution, root cause analysis, process improvement, and close collaboration with finance users, IT teams, and external vendors.

In addition to operational support, I regularly contribute to system enhancements, integrations, data corrections, and testing. I am comfortable working hands-on with data, including SQL-based analysis and validation, and I have led and supported complex activities such as data conversions, month-end–critical issue resolution, and regulatory-driven changes, including IFRS 16.
