I'm a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with 14 years of IT experience, currently at Commonwealth Bank of Australia where I lead SRE operations for enterprise-scale CRM platforms serving millions of customers.

My work sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, observability, and system reliability. Day to day that means managing Linux servers, Docker containers, Kafka clusters, and AWS environments — and building the monitoring and alerting systems that keep everything running smoothly.
