Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect with a strong background in Azure cloud services, infrastructure migration, and enterprise-level solutioning. This role involves assessing on-premises and public cloud environments, designing robust Azure architectures, and guiding technical teams through large-scale migration and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise to help deliver scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure assessments using Azure Migrate for on-prem and public cloud setups.
• Design and implement Azure Landing Zones, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive Azure cloud solutioning activities including strategy alignment and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop Azure Target Solution Architecture diagrams (HLD & LLD) covering compute, storage, networking, and governance.
• Provide cost estimates (BoM) and licensing guidance based on Azure services.
• Manage and technically guide infrastructure teams of 5+ members.
• Migrate on-premise workloads to Azure IaaS/PaaS environments, especially Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, and IAM.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Azure and Windows infrastructure (CPU, memory, IO, clustering, etc.).
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define and deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
• Contribute to business continuity planning, DR design, and governance frameworks.

Qualifications:

• 13+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in Azure infrastructure and migrations.
• Deep expertise in Azure services: SQL (IaaS/PaaS), Storage, Key Vault, IAM, Networking.
• Experience designing and building Azure Landing Zones and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in preparing architecture documentation including HLDs and LLDs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Migrate and related migration tools.
• Exposure to multiple domains such as banking, healthcare, and insurance.
• Strong understanding of licensing, pricing models, and Azure governance.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage shift-based 24×7 support environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
• Certifications (preferred):
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
