SailPoint IIQ Developer – Sydney and Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and configurations within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Build and maintain connectors, workflows, rules, and policies.
• Develop custom Java code, scripts, and plugins to extend IIQ functionality.
• Perform integrations with enterprise systems and banking applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across SailPoint solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and security teams to deliver IAM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

Key Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
• Strong expertise in Java, BeanShell, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience with customising workflows, rules, and policies in IIQ.
• Prior experience in the banking/financial services industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (provisioning, certification, access requests, RBAC, SOD).
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.) and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
• Experience with Agile delivery models.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
