• More than 7 years of experience in professional software development, 6 years of experience with enterprise web-based products, 3 years of experience in developing microservices using Java, Nodejs and Python for cloud products and almost 4 years of experience in managing, coaching and training SAP early talents.
• Leaded 2 internal projects, 2 research topics.
• Successfully developing enterprise software applications, dealing with big data which require knowledge on designation and performance optimization for on-cloud, plugin-able products.
• Take the role of providing coaching and training for early talent recruiting, responsible not only for coordinating with Universities in providing SAP tech talks and hand-on sessions to students in 2016 and 2017, but also for 6-month internship training program for SAP Labs Vietnam from 2015. There are 12.8% SAP Labs Vietnam employees graduated from these programs.
