I’m an IT professional with 11+ years of experience, combining a strong foundation in Technical Support with 6+ years of hands-on DevOps and Cloud Engineering. My career began in product support and operations, where I worked closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise applications — many of which were deeply integrated with DevOps workflows and infrastructure.

This experience built my ability to understand systems end-to-end — from user issues to backend infrastructure — and gave me a unique perspective when I transitioned into full-time DevOps roles.
