I'm an Information and Communication (ICT) Technology Manager with extensive industry experience for 12 years as a network and systems administrator and computer and network technician in enterprise networks.
I possess extensive experience organising and managing IT teams, and all the ICT needs of big organisations.
In this role, I have worked on many projects, including:
Creating and deploying SOEs,
Network and server infrastructure (HyperV, Clusters, Azure Stack HCI, VRTx),
Computer/server patch management,
Developing various policies and procedures aimed at CyberSecurity,
Organizing and implementing BYOD (1:1) programs,
Setting up and running MDM solutions with Meraki, Jamf Pro and Intune,
Managing Chromebooks with Enterprise Enrolment (Zero-touch or manual),
Deploying and Refreshing Switches (Three-tier Campus design),
Massively deploy Windows in LABs and manage them with SCCM,
Solving Complex Network and IT infrastructure problems,
Organizing jobs and maintenance so they have zero impact on business continuity
Creating extensive documentation and backup schemes
Applying network monitoring solutions,
Migrating from on-prem to Cloud services and vise versa,
Decommission and replace end-of-life systems with new ones without downtime, and many more.
