About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and versatile Digital Graphic Designer to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll support our Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director in producing engaging, original designs for both digital and print media. From websites and branding to campaigns and social content, you’ll work on projects that challenge your creativity and broaden your experience.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Creative Director your role will be varied, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Taking concepts from initial idea through to finished design
• Creating branding and visual communications across multiple industries
• Producing a variety of materials including:
  • Email newsletters
  • Website banners
  • Brochures, signage & promotional collateral
  • Social media graphics
  • Photo editing, and more

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Graphic Design
• Formal qualifications in Graphic Design
• Strong folio showcasing original creative work
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience with Mailchimp (HTML/CSS knowledge a plus)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms
• Ability to confidently develop design concepts from scratch
• Impeccable eye for detail and strong error-checking skills
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Proactive, collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Understanding of current design and visual trends
• Previous agency experience is an advantage
