I have been in IT professional over 25 years with hands-on experience across cloud infrastructure recently and technical support—passionate about delivering secure, reliable, and efficient technology solutions for modern businesses.

My recent practical projects focus on multi-cloud architecture (AWS + Azure) and data engineering pipelines—including a hands-on project using the Tokyo Olympic 2021 dataset, where I built an end-to-end data solution using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and AWS S3/Glue/Athena for data transformation and reporting. I also enjoy designing AWS MCP diagrams, implementing security best practices, and optimizing cloud resources for performance and cost.

I’ve previously worked in Technical and IT Support roles, providing Tier 1–2 assistance, troubleshooting POS and network systems, managing hardware/software setups, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. These roles strengthened my ability to communicate technical ideas clearly, resolve issues quickly, and support both business and end-user needs.

I’m currently developing deeper expertise as a Cloud Solution Architect, focusing on cloud integration, security, and scalable design, while helping organizations across New Zealand transform their digital infrastructure.
