Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within an I.T support and network engineer role
  • Current Australian drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Strong Microsoft Server / Exchange / AD experience
  • Strong Entra ID, Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams skills
  • Experience with project design, build, & implementation, specifically relating to Office 365 and Entra ID
  • Solid Networking and Firewall experience
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience with VOIP systems, we sell 3CX
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to take ownership of work and follow through with customers
  • Availability Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:30pm)
  • Ability to action callouts when required
  • Availability for overtime when required

Good to have Requirements

  • Experience with WatchGuard Branded firewalls
  • Experience with Sophos Cloud Anti-Virus software
  • Experience with Connect Wise ticketing software

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Microsoft Windows desktop and servers / Entra ID connected clients
  • Monitor networks and servers
  • On Premises and Cloud systems Implementation and Maintenance
  • Liaise with external software and hardware vendors when required
  • Server and Cloud rollouts and workstation configurations
  • Log job details and resolutions (We use ConnectWise)
  • Onsite callouts to clients as required
