About the role
You will be a detail oriented and organized individual to join the client team as Service Desk Technicians in a supervisory and technical role. In this role you will assess, supervise, coordinate and perform service desk operations with technicians on behalf of existing clients within the Dental Industry Australia wide.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage service requests
2. Guaranteeing the smooth delivery of IT solutions and services
3. Managing schedules & timesheets for a team of technicians and handling escalations from customers
4. Supporting the continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies
5. Handling the reception, triage, and assignment of all onsite requests, tickets and tasks
6. Overseeing service operations and delivery and coordinating with account managers
7. Developing and maintaining training improvement plans, schedules and status reports
8. Resolving remote tickets

Requirements
To be successful in your application, you will need:
1. Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the capability to garner support for service management initiatives
2. Demonstrated expertise in workforce scheduling and planning and are beneficial
3. Experience working for a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
4. Access to a car and a valid driver’s license
5. Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft and ITIL certifications and ConnectWise experience beneficial
