Role: Join a high-impact Rapid Process Design & Uplift Squad focused on converting regulatory policy and strategic intent into operational reality. This role supports the Lead BA in delivering CPS 230 and CPS 234 compliance through hands-on process documentation and uplift.


Core Responsibilities

  • Process Discovery: Execute hands-on discovery sessions to capture current-state “as-is” processes and identify friction points.
  • Documentation & Mapping: Develop high-quality process maps, workflows, and service blueprints that align with the target operating model.
  • Regulatory Support: Assist in translating policy requirements into clear, step-by-step procedures and executable tasks.
  • Control & Evidence Capture: Help build the traceability chain (Policy → Process → Control) by documenting how evidence is captured for audit purposes.
  • Artefact Development: Support the creation of templates, forms, and digital artefacts required for day-to-day operations.
  • Issue Identification: Proactively identify system gaps and data quality issues that hinder automation or increase operational risk.
  • Automation Assistance: Support the design of automated workflows within HubKey and other shared service platforms.

Technical Skills & Profile

  • Experience: 3+ years in Business Analysis or Process Documentation roles.
  • Process Literacy: Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and experience using tools like Visio, Signavio, or Lucidchart.
  • Office 365 Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the Office 365 suite, specifically using Excel for data mapping and PowerPoint for process presentations.
  • SharePoint Administration: Experience utilizing SharePoint for document control, versioning, and creating centralized repositories for process artefacts.
  • Delivery Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for tracking tasks and documenting requirements.
  • Execution Focus: A “delivery-first” mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-boxed squad environment.
