Role – Mobile Test Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Test Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application testing, with expertise in both Android and iOS platforms.

This role requires a proactive individual who can lead testing efforts, ensure high-quality releases, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in testing activities for both Android and iOS applications.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality of mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Mentor and guide junior testers, providing training and support as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile testing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Test Lead or similar role, with a focus on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile application development and testing processes.
• Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, Espresso, etc.
• Basic knowledge of automation testing and scripting.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira and Xray.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines.
• Knowledge of LambdaTest.
