IT Support Specialist – Melbourne

We’re seeking a versatile, customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join a leading organisation in the building and construction sector, based in Melbourne. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a proactive, hands-on professional with a strong technical foundation and a “can-do” attitude.
About the Role
You’ll be the go-to person for all things IT, supporting staff across hardware, networking, and infrastructure while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll manage issues related to Microsoft environments (including 365 and Exchange), contribute to infrastructure improvements, and maintain a high level of service to internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite, support for all hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange, and related systems
- Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure across multiple sites
- Liaise with vendors and contractors as required
- Deliver excellent customer service with a solutions-focused mindset
