Delivery Centric is looking for a skilled Physical Security Specialist to join our technology and infrastructure support team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for professionals with deep hands-on experience in physical security systems such as Genetec, Honeywell EBI, and Traka Locker Management. You will be responsible for end-to-end configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and support of these applications and related infrastructure. If you have a strong foundation in ITIL processes, server administration, and SQL, and can operate effectively in a 24/7 environment, we’d like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Genetec video surveillance systems
- Manage Honeywell EBI Access Control and integrate with Traka Locker Management
- Provide L2 support and handle escalated technical issues
- Follow ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management
- Support upgrades of applications, databases, and server infrastructure
- Perform system tests, programming, and ensure proper functionality across platforms
- Work with technicians and stakeholders to deliver secure, stable system performance
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts (POCs) and integration efforts with other systems
- Participate in Agile methodology, support planned weekend activities, and shift-based work
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4–6 years of experience supporting enterprise-level physical security systems
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and security operations
- Proficiency in Windows Server Administration and SQL database management
- Working knowledge of Genetec, Honeywell EBI, and Traka (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with IP cameras, access control systems, and security devices
- Familiarity with networking concepts and DevOps principles
- Ability to work round-the-clock shifts and planned weekend upgrades
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and communication capabilities
- Understanding of enterprise architecture for secure physical infrastructure
