We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to support, integrate, and customize IAM solutions. This role involves managing identity lifecycle processes, developing custom integrations, and ensuring secure access governance. You’ll collaborate with clients and stakeholders to optimize IAM operations and enhance security compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IAM, scripting, and system integrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support & administer SailPoint IdentityNow for seamless identity lifecycle management.
- Develop and integrate custom connectors with systems like SAP and ServiceNow.
- Write Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and SQL scripts for automation and customization.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to align IAM solutions with business needs.
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing system support.
- Lead product demonstrations and prepare technical/user documentation.
- Implement and enforce security best practices for IAM and access control.
- Work on SailPoint IdentityNow upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, security best practices, and access governance.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, SQL, XML, SCIM, and web technologies.
- Experience with RBAC and IAM operations (incident, change, and problem management).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and integrating IAM solutions with cloud-based platforms.
- Experience in writing technical design documents and solution architecture for IAM implementations.
