I am a consultant, researcher, and engineer in Human-AI technologies. I am also working with and learning from organizations and companies on how to get value from AI systems and come up with viable solutions.
My research intersects AI and Language, including Conversational AI and Generative AI (Foundation models). In particular, Language Models, their architectures, and synergies with Knowledge-based approaches to improve the performance of AI systems, along with their transparency, interpretability, explainability, and responsibility.
In my work, I aim to design collective (Human-AI) systems that appropriately harness organization and user data and knowledge, yield higher performance, support users when interacting with them, and provide a useful, safe, and pleasant user experience.
