* Key member in the InfoSec governance at Fubon Life
• Three months after joining Fubon Life, designated as a dedicated person to supervise the InfoSec management of three overseas subsidiaries (South Korea, Vietnam and Hong Kong).
• As a core member of the supervisory team, conduct audits based on both national and company’s cybersecurity regulations, and provide enhancement recommendations.
• Occasionally, be assigned as a lecturer to conduct InfoSec training for various departments within the company as well as external suppliers.

• Appointed to host BCM workshops, as lecturer of BCM training courses, planner of emergency responses and as an internal auditor of BCMS for clients. Served 5 of the top 8 government-owned banks in Taiwan. Served 3 of the “critical infrastructure service providers” listed by the Executive Yuan, R.O.C. (Taiwan).
• Appointed to support the large-scale exercise of National Critical Infrastructure Protection Program hosted by Bank of Taiwan in 2019.
• Appointed to play a key role in the project of Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) to draft the first version of “Guidelines for Information Operation Resilience of Various Service Businesses in the Securities and Futures Markets”(證券暨期貨市場各服務事業資訊作業韌性參考指 引)” from 2021 to 2022.
• Appointed to contribute in the project of The Bankers Association of the Republic of China (BAROC) to draft the first version of “Standard for the resilience of information operations of financial institutions(金融機構資訊作業韌性規範)” from 2021 to 2022.
