I’ve spent the last 3.5 years focused on the stability and reliability of production environments. Whether it’s tuning a Linux kernel or coordinating a high-pressure P1 incident, I enjoy the challenge of keeping complex systems online.

What I’m doing now: Currently, I manage Linux infrastructure and MySQL NDB clusters. My day-to-day involves building observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog), infrastructure provisioning, and collaborating with SOC teams to respond to security events.

My Background: Previously, at TCS, I supported large-scale insurance platforms within ITIL frameworks. I specialized in incident management, root cause analysis, and ensuring 99.9% SLA adherence through proactive monitoring with Splunk and Dynatrace.

The Goal: I am actively transitioning into a dedicated Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role, with a long-term focus on evolving into Cybersecurity Architecture.
