I have completed my PhD in Computational Physics, with focus on Chaos, Information Science and Quantum Computing. My research consists of Mathematical modeling and statistical analysis in dynamical settings, which involves processing large volume of data in complex systems. I am interested in understanding the dynamics and the interaction among agents in social, transportation, communication networks and financial markets.
Research and project management experience:
1. Designed and implemented a business analytics framework which aims to capture the stability and health of businesses from dynamical perspectives, by applying concepts in Physics and applied Mathematics.
2. Constructed a natural language query engine for geospatial information systems.
3. Contributed to healthcare analytics projects concerning human joints as part of the research team in an international joint lab collaboration.
4. Researched on last mile delivery time prediction, as a collaboration with JTC.
5. Researched on nonlinear correlation in financial network and detection of regime shifts, information theory based portfolio construction and rebalancing strategies.
6. Constructed an online news extraction engine for the national broadcaster of Singapore.
Currently I am working on applying AI in software engineering, particularly test automation using reinforcement learning.
