● Driving Global Enterprise Transitions: Led the global SaaS-based voice communications transition program for a "Big Four" Australian Bank, migrating 400+ traders across 7 countries and generating a 7-figure ARR.

● Scaling Global Security & Compliance: Delivered the Access Verification Process at Meta, enabling 16,000 businesses worldwide to obtain tech provider licensing while ensuring stringent user data security.

● Launching Public-Scale Applications: Launched the multi-factor authentication mobile app "SingPass", a secure digital identity platform allowing over 3.3 million residents to log into more than 2,700 government e-services across 800 government agencies and businesses in Singapore. It now facilitates over 41 million transactions every month for 5 million users.
