Anthony Bettanin is a data-driven enterprise technology leader, experienced in international mergers and acquisitions, focused on maximizing company growth through individual empowerment, accountability, alignment and transparency.
Anthony began his career at an Artificial Intelligence software startup where he progressed through a range of technical, commercial, and legal leadership roles over 10 years. He was instrumental in 3 acquisitions by Haley before Haley was acquired by Oracle - the largest acquisition of any Australian IT company at that time. After 7 years with Oracle, he became CEO of Xlate Group, who he led to acquisition by Loop1. As CEO of Loop1 he successfully integrated international acquisitions, growing revenue and profitability across all subsidiaries.
Anthony has both a Computer Science and a Juris Doctor degree. He has lectured in IT Law courses at the Australian National University and King’s College London. Anthony is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Delivered EOS transformation at Xlate, achieving profitability and creating the cashflow needed to expand into Singapore and Sri Lanka - leading to acquisition by Loop1.

Transformed OIA (Oracle Intelligent Advisor) from on-prem to SaaS, growing sales to make it Oracle’s most successful SaaS product across Asia Pacific.

Delivered Australia’s largest AI (Artificial Intelligence) project. Established Haley’s first international office in London.
