Candidate Name
From Cisco’s TAC floors to Cydarm’s SOC dashboards, I’ve built my career around understanding and securing complex networks. Over the years, I’ve configured and troubleshot firewalls, investigated CVEs, automated case workflows, and supported global clients through critical incidents.
I recently completed my Master’s in Cybersecurity at Monash University, where I also published a research paper on privacy-preserving blockchain-based access control. This built on my industry experience at Cisco, where I worked hands-on with ASA, FTD, and FMC firewalls, tuned IDS/IPS, conducted vulnerability assessments, and collaborated closely with development teams to improve firewall performance.
At Cydarm, I focused on SOC automation, CVE rule development, and SIEM evaluations to improve detection workflows. I’m driven by curiosity and problem-solving — whether that means diagnosing packet loss across enterprise networks, enhancing observability, or finding smarter ways to automate security processes.
My interests span network security, observability, incident response, and threat detection, and I’m always excited to keep learning and contributing in this evolving field.
