Over 20 years of experience in IT security in both offensive security (attack planning, covert operations, exploitation strategy, social engineering), defensive security (security architectural design, privilege access management) and security operations (forensics, incident response). Serge has been involved in many Government projects including the billion-dollar Singapore Standard Operating Environment (SOE) project where he was appointed the security evaluator. He is a regular speaker at international security conferences including Governmentware, ISS World, Milipol, Interpol World. He was also invited twice, as guest speaker at the International Workshop on Signal Processing with Application in Scene Investigation in collaboration with Key Labs of Electronic Information Application Technology for Scene Investigation of Public Security and Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunication.
