I am migrating to Victoria with my family and bringing 7+ years of experience delivering user‑centred ICT support across service desk operations, endpoint management, and user training. I hold full Australian work rights and am committed to completing any remaining requirements needed for the role (e.g., National Police Check, Working with Children Check (VIC), or role‑specific certifications).
Across diverse environments, I have coordinated several support teams, optimised cybersecurity controls, and supported audit and compliance activities for global teams. I’m comfortable translating technical issues into clear steps for users and stakeholders, documenting fixes, and working collaboratively to lift service quality and reliability.
