I've designed and delivered solutions in IT strategy, custom apps (including SaaS offerings), enterprise systems (e.g. based on Dynamics 365 Dataverse/Power Platform), CRMs (D365/Hubspot), digital transformations (Umbraco/Node), marketing/websites (PHP, Umbraco, Hugo, and custom), and organisational change initiatives.

On tech, I have designed built and operated complex enterprise apps. I've been a SaaS tech lead and have experience with DevOps/SRE; I use Azure/c#/.NET core, React/Node, etc. Significant experience with building internal apps using SPFx. I am a heavy PowerShell user, and I have an active collection of resources on GitHub and my website. As a recent example, I have been experimenting in my homelab with building some docker containers that run Go, Claude Code, and use OpenRouter – and are auto-deployed when pushed to Github Actions.

I am heavily involved in tech communities around Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, M365 Patterns and Practices, Power Platform, SharePoint, and others. I run or am involved in various community initiatives in these spaces, and am able to marshal resources as needed. I like having a breadth of connection, and enjoy aligning business leaders, tech teams, and managing tech investments; to make sure organisations are ready for anything.
