• Capture clear, unambiguous business and technical requirements for digital products in complex multi-vendor environments
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote adoption of agile principles & wow effectively across cross-functional & distributed teams across multiple geographies while working effectively across multiple stakeholders & partners.
• Managing product backlogs and increments to align with project scope, needs, technical feasibility, and business value
• Deliver agile projects using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe practices (PI planning, Reviews, Demos, Retrospectives and I&A sessions)
• Translate business strategy into functional specifications through mapping, fit-gap analysis, and future state design
• Build strong client relationships through stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration
